User Agreement

End-User License Agreement

This agreement governs your use of the Syndicate Talisman Online private server software and services. By creating an account or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

1.1 Permitted Use

  • Access and play on the Syndicate Talisman Online server
  • Create and maintain game characters
  • Participate in community events and activities
  • Use official game clients and patches

1.2 Restrictions

  • No reverse engineering or modification of game client
  • No commercial use or resale of services
  • No unauthorized access to server infrastructure
  • No distribution of modified game files

2. Account Responsibilities

2.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users between 13-18 should have parental consent.

3. Gameplay Rules & Conduct

🎯 Fair Play Requirements

  • Respect all players and staff members
  • No harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior
  • English is the primary language for public channels
  • No spamming or advertising
  • Help new players and maintain positive community

🚫 Prohibited Activities

  • Bots, macros, or automation software
  • Speed hacks or modified game clients
  • Packet editors or memory editors
  • Real money trading (RMT)
  • Account trading or selling
  • Exploiting game bugs or vulnerabilities

4. Virtual Economy

4.1 Virtual Items Ownership

All virtual items, currency, and characters remain the property of Syndicate Talisman Online. You receive a license to use these items during your gameplay.

4.2 Real Money Trading (RMT)

Buying, selling, or trading game items/accounts for real money is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, including but not limited to:

  • Game content and features
  • Experience rates and drop rates
  • Server rules and policies
  • Character data and progression
  • Server availability and maintenance schedules

6. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service for violations of this agreement. You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing to use our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Syndicate Talisman Online is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, characters, items, or other in-game progress.
