1. Account Agreement

• Sharing accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension
• Immediately report any unauthorized access to your account
• Use strong, unique passwords for your protection

1.2 Account Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
• Accounts inactive for more than 6 months may be subject to removal
• Serious violations may result in permanent IP bans

2. Gameplay Rules

2.1 Prohibited Activities

• Use of third-party software, bots, or automation tools
• Exploiting game bugs or vulnerabilities
• Real money trading (RMT) of in-game items or currency
• Account trading or selling
• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior
• Impersonating staff members
• DDoS threats or network attacks

2.2 Fair Play

• Respect all players regardless of skill level or experience
• No spamming in chat channels
• English is the primary language for public channels
• Help create a positive gaming environment

3. Server Policies

3.1 Service Availability

• We strive for 24/7 server availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• No compensation will be provided for server downtime
• Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice

3.2 Content Changes

• We reserve the right to modify game content, rates, and features
• Major changes will be announced through official channels
• Character or item resets may occur during major updates
• Balance changes are made to improve gameplay experience

Syndicate Talisman Online is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any loss of data, characters, items, or other in-game progress. Players participate at their own risk.
